Responsibilities :
– SW-Functional Analysis – review FSD and assist in HLD

– SW-Review and approve the design for development

– SW-Participate, Propose and implement System Architecture changes required for any features

– PM-Assist developers in any technical challenges

– Involve in identifying Third-party features that can be integrated to Vaeso applications

– Identify implementation related edge cases and proactively suggest solutions to address the findings

– SW-Manage the technical team from a technology perspective

– SW-Ensure implementation of best practices in development and QA

– Detailed estimation of features post FS final approval

– Define technical checklists at each stage of application development and ensure compliance

– Perform performance review of team members and initiate identified performance improvement actions

– Identify a team’s skill development – hiring new or upgrade existing team

– Continuous Transformation – Help Build platform level tested and proven libraries that can reduce the development of life cycle time and quality

– Identifying evolving Technical solutions for new business challenges

– Perform Values Review with your Leader (you are 100% responsible for doing so)

– Fill out time and expense sheets in Replicon by 20th of each month

– Update Personal Scorecard criteria with your Leader, for the new year to come, based on new Company and Dept. Goals and the evolution of your Role

– Send your Personal Scorecard self-evaluation to your Leader

– Review and agree with your Leader your Personal Scorecard points

Required Skills :
– B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university. Business or Engineering Degree preferred.

– 10 – 15 years of Project Management experience with an understanding of Project Management processes and best practices

– PMP or formal Project Management training preferred

– Must have worked on Agile methodologies – Scrum and Kanban

– Good planning and research skills

– Experience working in cross-functional teams

– Proficient with MS Project or any other project management tools, MS-Word, MS-Excel, Flow Charting tools

– A self-managed individual who is a team player and open to new ideas to facilitate continuous improvement

– Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills with engineering groups

Qualifications :
– UG : B.Tech/B.E. – Computers

– PG : M.Tech/MCA/MS/M.Sc – Computers
