TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROGRAM

1.    Eligibility limited to U.S.A. / Canada companies only

2.    Participating companies must have a minimum of 50 physical or virtual servers

3.    Program includes free use of the EcosystemManager software for a 6 month period

4.    Software will be set up remotely and hosted by Virima Technologies, Inc.

5.    Participating company must pay Virima a set-up fee of $3000.00. This fee covers:

• Loading data from two (2) data sources. Live connections are allowed, but may require additional set-up costs if Virima is required to come on site to establish them.
• Up to 1000 Entities in the system.

6.    Set-up fee is due in full at the start of the engagement

7.    Discovery services are not included, but can be done as a separate engagement.

8.    Participating company must actively use EcosystemManager during the pilot period.

9.    At the end of the six (6) month period, Virima will give the participating company three (3) iPads for its team.

10.  iPads are the base/WiFi version.

11. A standard software license/subscription agreement will be executed between the two parties.
