Andrew S. Albrecht

As Chief Strategy Officer for Virima, Andrew S. Albrecht is responsible for driving the company’s overall revenue and profitability through partnerships, acquisitions and financial strategy.

Andrew brings 15+ years of experience building, leading and growing technology and telecommunications-based businesses to Virima. He has an extensive background in public and private company technical and business operations, strategy, P&L, M&A, deal structures, investor relations and SEC financial reporting.

Prior to joining Virima, Andrew founded A2 Advisors, LLC in 2009 where he advised technology companies on business development, capital markets, financial planning & analysis and mergers & acquisitions. Andrew served as the Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy for Internap Network Services, Inc. from 2004 to 2009 where he led the profitable restructuring of their Datacenter Business Unit in addition to the due diligence, closing and integration of the $210 million acquisition of VitalStream Holding Co. He has also held leadership positions at Allegiance Telecom, Inc. and Premiere Global Services, Inc.

Andrew is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Business Administration – Finance.
